Potato Fritters

Yesterday, I made potato fries for the family. But not your ordinary julliened fried potato but thin and rounded just like potato chips. And I want to show you how to make fritters. For those who didn't know what fritter is, "A fritter is any kind of food coated in batter and deep-fried." says Mr. Wiki.

First, you need to prepare fresh potatoes, flour, salt, dried oregano, and crushed chili pepper for the zing.

Slice potatoes thinly. Set aside.

Combine all the ingredients except potatoes to make the batter. Drop potatoes into the batter and coat them thoroughly. (Special thanks to Yellowcab's Crushed Chili Pepper.)

Heat oil and drop the coated potato one at a time. Fry until golden brown.

Drain with napkin to remove excess oils.

Serve crispy together with your favorite spaghetti.

So that's it! So easy.
